Fulgur Ventures has invested in Deedsats, a privacy-friendly digital-asset platform built on RGB and Bitcoin. Founded by Rahim Taghizadegan, Deedsats brings real-estate ownership on-chain via tokenized deeds linked to its Citadel Garden Bitcoin villages — uniting hard money, hard assets and individual sovereignty.
Real estate is the largest asset class on earth, and the worst-served by modern infrastructure: paper deeds, opaque registries, slow transfers and aggressive intermediation at every step. Deedsats, founded by Austrian School economist and entrepreneur Rahim Taghizadegan, takes a radically different approach. The company issues privacy-friendly digital deeds on RGB and Bitcoin, linking on-chain ownership to physical property in its Citadel Garden Bitcoin villages.
The product is more than tokenized real estate. Each deed represents a verifiable, transferable claim on a real plot inside a community designed for Bitcoiners — places where sound money, sovereignty and physical residence are aligned by design. By using RGB on Bitcoin instead of an alternative chain, Deedsats inherits Bitcoin's settlement assurances and Lightning compatibility while giving owners meaningful privacy at the asset level.
This is a thesis Fulgur cares about deeply. Bitcoin will not just be a balance-sheet asset; it will be the settlement layer for the things people actually want to own — homes, land, productive property. Doing that on RGB rather than an EVM chain is the right architectural decision for anyone who takes Bitcoin's security model seriously, and Deedsats is one of the few teams executing on it with both protocol depth and real-world assets in hand.
Rahim's intellectual lineage in Austrian economics, paired with his team's ability to ship both software and physical communities, makes Deedsats genuinely unusual. We are proud to back them as they build a future where holding bitcoin and holding land can be expressions of the same idea: lasting ownership, on rails that no one can revoke.
